Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you. Heated Products Certain WVRV™ products contain heating components and require a compatible power source. Customers are responsible for reading the product description and instructions before use. Where a product page states that a power bank is not included or is sold separately, the purchase of that product does not include a power bank. Only compatible power sources should be used with heated products. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible power sources, or failure to follow product instructions may not qualify as a product defect. ⸻ 3. PRODUCT SIZING Sizing may vary depending on the product and design. Customers purchasing apparel are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before placing an order. If WVRV™ delivers the size selected by the customer but the customer determines that another size would fit better, the return or exchange will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. If we send a size different from the size stated in the customer’s order, please contact WVRV™ Customer Support. ⸻ 4. ORDERS We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
